Stroke of Insight

I would love to share this video for the wonderful message it gives us. We do not have to extensively study the workings of our brains nor have a debilitating stroke like the speaker had to know and do what is best for ourselves and humanity. Please watch this wonderful video and meditate on its message. Namaste! Neuroanatomist Jill Bolte Taylor had an opportunity few brain scientists would wish for: One morning, she realized she was having a massive stroke. As it happened -- as she felt her brain functions slip away one by one, speech, movement, understanding -- she studied and remembered every moment. Thanks for sharing this. I would add that Oprah is continuing her Monday night web classes by broadcasting epidsodes she does for XM radio. Her first one for this series is this woman. These can be found under the title Soul Series at Oprah.com or I believe one can get it at iTunes as well. I intend to download it to my iPod but that you for the opportunity to get an advance peak at what she has to say here.
