Thanking our dearly departed victims in Mumbai, India, for spending time with us as a part of culture embodying mind, body and spirit each. We praise and acknowledge all of your life attributes and achievements, now bidding you all farewell, and wishing you well in your future existence. Peace …
I am caught off-guard that I had met a person who know somebody who passed on from this incident in Mumbai. So one of these candles is for a 23 year old female desk clerk who works in the hotel who is just starting her career.
A beautiful memorial samme- perhpas you would like to post a link back to your'e blog on our thread on Peace for Mumbai on Global Peace? It would be lovely to share the candles.
Offering a candlelight and flowers (see my icon) for love, peace and light to the departed souls and those still living in darkness. Thank you Samme for being you! Deep bows!
We are sorry there were terrors. We are sorry there are terrorists. We are sorry there were violence. We are sorry there are killings. We are sorry there were deaths. We are sorry there are hurts and grieving. We are sorry for division and misunderstandings. Some things cannot be turned back like the the lives that were lost. But peace and friendship not just between the oppressor and the oppressed can still be healed, repaired and mended. We apologize. I wish for healing, communication, dialog, unity, oneness, love, coexistence, tolerance, interdependence and world peace. World peace is in the hearts, minds and souls of each and everyone.
Hello Samme, Well said I am so very very tired of the fighting. Making more wounds does not stop the bleeding only the courage we hold in our hearts to put the weapons in our hands down, will forever lift us up. Thanks
Thank you Just Me. I wish peace prevails. I wish love in every people’s hearts. I wish compassion in everyone’s actions. I wish friendship between Pakistan and India and all countries and all people of different religious beliefs. I see forgiveness. I see hope. I see serenity.
and it is so,
Samme
